Who is Guga de Castro?
Crossing one frontier after another, forming a collection of sounds and exploring distinct sonorities that represents a piece of every place is not an easy task. And yet it is what DJ Guga de Castro has been doing for the past fifteen years. Promoting a revolution on dance floors all over the country by mixing samba, soul, bossa, groove, carimbo, guitarrada, tecnobrega, latin music and street sounds on a electronic set. Guga has been sharing the pick-ups with his friend DJ Marquinhos on the brazilian/global party call " Farra na Casa Alheia", that happens on Iracema Beach, in Fortaleza, northeast of Brazil, for about 8 years!
